Belmor Lakes HOA dues are assessed in advance at $600, and are to be paid by October 31st of each year. The dues paid are for the upcoming calendar year.
What do my dues pay for?

• Specialty Lighting (College Rd. and Dunn Lane entrances, fountains, street lights)
• Common Area Maintenance

How do I pay my dues?
Dues may be paid by check, or debit/credit card via PayPal. Checks should be mailed to the address below:

It is your responsibility to update the Belmor Lakes HOA Administrator if there are changes to your contact information. Claiming that no documents were received does not waive you of your responsibility to pay Homeowner Association Dues.
