Annual Dues & Special Assessment Payment Options
Belmor Lakes HOA dues are assessed in advance at $600, and are to be paid by October 31st of each year. The dues paid are for the upcoming calendar year.​
​Special Assessment Information
At the most recent membership meeting, homeowners voted to approve a one-time special assessment of $500 per household to supplement the cost of a new walkway around the large lake on Lakeview Drive. Separate communication has been sent to homeowners regarding this project.
The estimate details and the letter sent to homeowners is located on this website under the FAQs and Quick Links page. This assessment fee is in addition to your regular HOA dues.
Payment Options
To accommodate residents, three payment plans are available:

Option A: One-time payment of $500 due October 31, 2025

Option B: Two payments of $250 due October 31, 2025 and November 30, 2025

Option C: Six payments of $83.33 due October 31, 2025; November 30, 2025; December 30, 2025; January 30, 2026; February 28, 2026; and March 30, 2026

You may pay your HOA Dues by check. You can setup autopay with your bank or write and mail a check.
There is no processing fee for this payment method. You may setup monthly payments using this method. Be sure you are paid in full no later than October 31st.
