Belmor Lakes HOA dues are assessed in advance at $600, and are to be paid by October 31st of each year. The dues paid are for the upcoming calendar year.
A 3.75% processing fee will be charged by PayPal, and is displayed as Tax.

There is no processing fee for this payment method. You may setup monthly payments using this method. Be sure you are paid in full no later than October 31st.
